| Inhalt | Wahrnehmungsschulung bzgl. des eigenen Körperverhaltens am Instrument und im Alltag sowie Erarbeitung einer dynamischen Körperaufrichtung von Fuss bis Kopf. Erlernen anatomischer Basiskenntnisse, um selbständig zu einer günstigen Spielhaltung beim Üben, auf der Bühne und im Alltag zu finden. Integriert sind 2 x 30 Min. Einzelberatung am Instrument. |
