Lernziele / Kompetenzen | This course offers students the opportunity to become acquainted with aesthetic approaches of other art schools outside of Switzerland and, in addition, to network internationally. Based on the idea that a most of the artists of today and tomorrow will no longer create shows/performances tied to a single discipline, the goal of this course is to explore collaborative proceses merging various disciplines in innovative ways. The students will enhance their ability to work in an international, intercultural and interdisciplinary environment. |
Inhalte | Students from ArtEZ in Arnhem studying music theatre will collaborate with theatre students of ZHdK creating musical performances. The initial point of the collaboration is an overall theme, given material, inspiring framework, obstacles and different research methods. The working methods of the different groups will be shared and reflected regulary with everybody. The students will work in various groups, sharing their knowledge and expanding their expertises by working in different disciplines. The process will lead to different formats of performances pieced together to a longer presentation that will be presented twice to a public audience. |
