| Lernziele / Kompetenzen | (D) Kennenlernen von einschlägigen Definitionen des Begriffs «Transdisziplinarität» und verwandter Konzepte; Reflexion über Kontext- und Traditionsabhängigkeit der eigenen Disziplin sowie das Erkunden ihrer transdisziplinären Potenziale. Die eigenen Arbeitsvorhaben vorstellen, die Arbeitsvorhaben der anderen Studierenden kennenlernen und Rückmeldungen dazu geben; transdisziplinäre Konstellationen und Potenziale von Projektvorhaben kennen und kritisch reflektieren. (E) Knowledge of relevant definitions of the term "transdisciplinarity" and related concepts; reflection on the contextuality and tradition-dependency of one's own discipline as well as the exploration of its transdisciplinary potentials. Present own work projects, get to know the work projects of other students and give feedback on them; know and critically reflect on transdisciplinary constellations and potentials of project plans. |
| Inhalte | (D) Viel eher als eine Disziplin ist Transdisziplinarität eine Haltung der Neugier und Offenheit oder eine Art des Fragens und Vorgehens mit der auf Problemstellungen oder Fragen zugegangen wird, die sich auf eine herkömmliche Art im Kontext von lediglich einer künstlerischen oder wissenschaftlichen Disziplin nicht beantworten lassen. Gerade weil sie keine eigene Disziplin ist, gibt es verschiedene Definitionen und Ausprägungen von Transdisziplinarität: in den Wissenschaften, in den Künsten, zwischen Künsten und Wissenschaften oder in wissenssoziologischer und wissenschaftshistorischer Betrachtung wird unter Transdisziplinarität Unterschiedliches verstanden. Im Seminar werden von den Dozierenden des Kernteams des Master Transdisziplinarität zentrale Positionen aus Theorie, Praxis und Forschung vorgestellt, die in der Gruppe diskutiert und auf ihre Übertragbarkeit auf eigene Projekte geprüft werden. Die Studierenden stellen sich mit ihrer bisherigen Arbeit sowie ihren transdisziplinären Ansätzen und Projektvorhaben gegenseitig vor. Dabei geht es einerseits darum, die Konzepte der Transdisziplinarität auf eigene Arbeitsvorhaben anzuwenden; andererseits werden Feedback-Formate und -Methoden erprobt und entwickelt, die zu einer differenzierten Einschätzung und einer produktiven Fortsetzung der Vorhaben beitragen. — (E) (E) Rather than a discipline, transdisciplinarity is an attitude of curiosity and openness or a way of asking questions and approaching problems that cannot be answered in a conventional way in the context of just one artistic or scientific discipline. Precisely because it is not a discipline in its own right, there are various definitions and manifestations of transdisciplinarity: in the sciences, in the arts, between the arts and sciences, or in the sociological and historical view of science, transdisciplinarity is understood to mean different things. In the seminar, lecturers from the core team of the Master Transdisciplinarity will present central positions from theory, practice and research, which will be discussed in the group and examined for their transferability to their own projects. The students introduce themselves to each other with their previous work as well as their transdisciplinary approaches and project plans. On the one hand, the aim is to apply the concepts of transdisciplinarity to their own work projects; on the other hand, feedback formats and methods are tested and developed, which contribute to a differentiated assessment and a productive continuation of the projects. |
