Inhalte | Tarek Lakhrissi's participation in the Art and Literature course will enable the artist an inaugural intervention on his literary, visual and performative practice and 'ephemeral and immortal' poetry writing sessions. This will be achieved through short film screenings, collective readings of queer, feminist and decolonial texts, a visit of an art show or a play, conversations around positionality and feelings. If the time allows it, the course will conclude with a performative restitution. Tarek Lakhrissi (*1992) is a French artist and poet with a background in literature. He works across installation, performance, film, text and sculpture, engaging with political and social issues around transformative narratives within language, magic, weirdness, codes and love. He has been shortlisted for the Zurich Art Prize 2022. |
