InhaltePortfolios are important tools for artists. In this workshop module, students create a portfolio, write texts, and try out talking about their work. We simultaneously reflect on the mediality and history of the portfolio, its possibilities and limitations. In addition, we explore how the portfolio can be adapted for different audiences and their expectations, and who they are.

Martin Jaeggi (*1968) is an author, editor, curator, and lecturer. He studied film and video at the School of Visual Arts, New York, and the San Francisco Art Institute. Numerous publications on contemporary art and photography in newspapers, magazines and books.

In the meantime, analogue techniques have moved back into her focus: ceramics, screen-printing and fanzine culture are subjects she teaches in her seminars.
