| Lernziele / Kompetenzen | The main aim - to introduce students to the K. Stanislavski system, providing students with practical knowledge on how to work in certain situations, how to analyze material, and prepare for the part. Concentrating given time to exercise, and doing theoretical work as homework. |
| Inhalte | The Konstantin Stanislavski system is based on very clear guidelines on how to become an actor, there are no mysteries or abstractions, everything is explained in clear formulas. Since it is a system that starts from the active consciousness of an actor, it is mandatory to be with a clear and active mind. For this students will be introduced to useful games and other activities that increase awareness and focus. Learning: ● to be “reborn” on stage as “me” is a first hard task, which requires great concentration and to do absolutely nothing, but still, be very much active with inner action of thought. ● about changing relations to an object, location, physics, psychology, partners — are the core elements that are constantly used on stage. ● the structure of an étude, deconstructing it for the means of further learning. ● about assessment of the fact, which is one of the most important moments in acting itself, how to deconstruct it and how to use it in various situations. ● what it means “me in given circumstances”, how useful it is, what could be the application of it. ● about watchings, what is the meaning of it, how it can help to create a character, how to do it, and how to deliver them on stage. ● about how to analyze texts. This is one of the main parts of the course helping students to easily bring any texts on stage as an act. ● character creation, what kind of details it consists of, what has to be prepared in the advance even before the start of the practical rehearsals. ● to communicate with a partner on stage, how to accurately deliver the communication, care for the partner and help each other within the situation. ● about the magical “if”, Pushkin's aphorism, means of “believing the circumstances” — the next step in the system which is to break out from the norms of reality. |
