| Inhalte | In diesem Doppelmodul steht die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Medium Fotografie im Zentrum: von der Aufnahme bis zum Druck und die technischen Grundlagen digitaler und analoger Fototechnik. Gearbeitet wird anhand der eigenen künstlerischen Arbeit. Folgende technische Inhalte / Einführungen sind Teil dieses Doppelmoduls: Kameraunabhängige Grundlagen der Fotografie, Einführung in sämtliche an der ZHdK vorhandenen Kamerasysteme: digitale Klein- und Mittelformatkameras, analoge Klein-, Mittel- und Grossformat- resp. Fachkameras, Grundlagen der digitalen Bildbearbeitung («Photoshop», «Lightroom», «Capture One»), Materialisierung: Epson Grossformatdrucker (Inkjet-Plotter), analoger C-Print, digitaler C-Print (Chromira Belichter), Scannen von Negativen und Dias (Imacon/Hasselblad und Epson Scanner), Grundlagen der Lichtsetzung / Einführung in das Fotostudio der ZHdK. This double module offers a comprehensive technological introduction to analogue and digital photography, from image capture to print, with a focus on their use in the students’ artistic practice. Conradin Frei (*1983) studied at the ZHdK, majoring in photography. Since 2010 freelance photographer for magazines, architecture offices, museums and galleries. He is currently working on the realisation of his first book publication, which will be published in 2021. Jyrgen Ueberschär (*1978) studied media art from 2002-2008 at the University of Art and Design Karlsruhe (HfG/ZKM) with Lois Renner and Elger Esser and with Jürgen Klauke at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne. In his photography, installations and film sequences, Ueberschär develops spatial scenarios at the interface between reality and fiction. He has had numerous solo and group exhibitions in Germany, Holland, Spain, Korea, Italy, France and China. Workshops and lectures, among others at the Academy of Art Nuremberg and the Musée de l'Elysée Lausanne. Nora Howald (*1984) is co-director of Tricolor Bild Produktion and has ten years of experience in the production of fine art prints and artist support. With her team at Tricolor Bild Produktion, she has produced exhibitions for national and international photographers as well as galleries and museums around the globe. She learned to work in a photo lab from scratch and is now committed to preserving analogue fine-art print production. |
