Inhalte | The module takes as its starting point the artistic practice of Lakhrissi which can be characterized by his combination of literary, visual and performative strategies. Central will be his 'ephemeral and immortal' poetry writing sessions. This will be achieved through collective readings of queer, feminist and decolonial texts, conversations around positionality and feelings and short film screenings. Tarek Lakhrissi (*1992) is a French artist and poet with a background in literature. He works across installation, performance, film, text and sculpture, engaging with political and social issues around transformative narratives within language, magic, weirdness, codes and love. He has been shortlisted for the Zurich Art Prize 2022. |
