| Inhalte | The excursion to Mainz is hosted by Jochen Roller who will organize daily meetings to process the knowledge of Tanzkongress among the MA student network. Dance Congress 2022 From 16 to 19 June 2022, the Staatstheater Mainz, together with the Federal Cultural Foundation and the City of Mainz, will host the Tanzkongress 2022 with Honne Dohrmann as programme director. „Sharing Potentials“ – this is the guiding concept that will transform Tanzkongress 2022 into a site of exchange, learning, and growth for both dancers and the broader dance scene. The starting point for the concept of Tanzkongress is how tanzmainz operates within the context of the independent dance scene and repertory theatre and at the interface between the two. Hybrid structures, sites, and formats will be presented, tested, interrogated, and reinvented. Dancers, rehearsal directors, company and theatre directors, producers, and all dance enthusiasts and interested parties are invited to come together in June 2022 in order to meet and exchange ideas. Under the motto "Sharing Potentials", the Tanzkongress will become a place of exchange, learning and growth for the dance and dancer scene.
