InhalteAs well as re/reading, coming together and joining to conversation, asking and asking, circling will be part of this LAB. There will be time and space for dwelling, speculating and imagining.
Love brings a lot of questions. It opens space to dream, imagine, ask and search, transform, remember or forgive and forget. There are possibilities and different practices, not definitions or borders, not attempts to limit potentials of love.
What does the heart’s brain look like? How do you articulate the ways in which you’re broken hearted? What does your most beautiful day look like? How do you want to live? How do you define home? What is grief? Why would you start anything again? How do you sustain intimacy? How do we share a dream? How to live and die well with each other? Is it love?
Using concepts of coexistence, entanglement, re-enchantment, collectivity and complexity we will be exploring other forms of love and connectedness beyond binaries such as nature/culture, subjective/objective, alive/inanimate, object/artifact, movement/stillness. Based on queer feminist thinking we will seek ways to contribute to current conversations and practices that foreground structures of inequality, power and control through a focus on new materialism. Also during the meetings we will be looking different artistic practices and works.
