| Lernziele / Kompetenzen | Die Studierenden legen zum Ende des zweiten Semesters den aktuellen Stand der schriftlichen Arbeit, sowie Abstract, Projektplan und Logbuch vor. Sie präsentieren den Stand ihres Projekts und ihres Artefakts (z.B. in der Form eines Konzepts, Prototyps, Dummys, Entwürfen, Szenarios) in der Prüfung. Die erfolgreiche Bewertung der Abgabe und der Prüfung ist Voraussetzung für den Übertritt ins Diplomsemester. At the end of the second semester, students present the current state of their written thesis, abstract, project plan and research diary. They present the status of their project and their artifact (e.g. in the form of a concept, prototype, dummy, drafts, scenarios) in the exam. Students need to successfully submit and pass the exam in order to transfer into the diploma semester. |
| Inhalte | In Plenumsdiskussionen werden unterschiedliche Aspekte der Projektentwicklung angesprochen und gemeinsam erörtert. Studierende präsentieren den Stand ihrer Projekte mehrmals im Semester in Gruppenmentoraten und erhalten Rückmeldungen von internen Mentor:innen sowie ggfls. externen Gästen. Die Semesterabschlussprüfung dient der Überprüfung des Projektfortschritts und der geleisteten Arbeit während des Semesters. Details zur Abgabe und zu den Bewertungskriterien in der Prüfung sind im Prüfungsreglement festgelegt und werden von der Vertiefungsleitung mitgeteilt. In group discussions, different aspects of project development are addressed and discussed together. Students present the status of their projects several times during the semester in "crits" (= feedback sessions) and receive feedback from internal tutors and, if possible, external guests. The end of semester exam serves to review the progress of the project and the work done during the semester. Further details on the submission and the evaluation criteria of the exam are listed in the examination regulations and will be communicated by the programme head. |
| Leistungsnachweis / Testatanforderung | Mindestens 80% Teilnahme and Gruppendiskussionen und Gruppenmentoraten, termingerechte Abgabe der geforderten Projektanteile, Präsentation des momentanen Standes des Projekts und Artefakts an der Prüfung. Minimum 80% attendance at group discussions and crits, timely submission of the required project parts, presentation of the current status of the project and artifact at the end of semester exam. |
